Hello Again:
Does this sound like you? Are you someone who bruises easily? Do you find that people are too often asking you what you have been doing all weekend while they look meaningfully down at the blotches on your arms? Even though bruising easily is something that can affect almost anyone, and because there are so many possible causes for easy bruising, you might be so overwhelmed by the variety of causes that you don’t don’t know how to pursue a solution to your condition.
Because we are someone who tends to bruise easily, we need to look into how we are going to be able take care of the bruises that we already have. While maintaining an exercise program and following a good diet has proved to be quite important, remember that sometimes we are just going to pick up the occasional bruise and our means of taking care of the existing ones is going to be quite important to us as well.
When we are looking at how to deal with existing bruises, remember that it’s important to remember that we should take remedial action as soon as we get them. Cold applied to the bruise can be helpful because it will bring down the inflammation of our skin, but keep in mind that the application should not be frigid, because that can damage the delicate injured tissue. Similarly, hot water should not be used at all, as it will increase the inflammation.
Try to be mindful of the bruise site and that the less time we spend bumping it, the better. We don’t need to baby the bruise, but being a conscious of the area will be beneficial. When we consider the many causes of bruising, it may seem that some bruising is inevitable, but this tendency can be reduced by following proper preventative changes to our life style.
To deal with bruises after they have formed, remember that we should not pay attention to old wives tales. Butter, for instance, is not going to do anything for our bruise besides make us smell vaguely of old cheese. Rubbing an ice cube on a bruise can increase the damage, and, while we’re at it, we should leave the steak in the refrigerator and look into using a cool cloth instead (personally, I’d rather eat the steak).
There are some over-the-counter remedies that may help reduce bruising, but do your research and choose carefully. Sometimes so-called remedies are going to do nothing more than give you a tingly sensation and nothing else.
We’ve now discussed at some length the six major areas for bruising causes. With each cause there is generally an opposite behavior that can be beneficial in preventing the bruising from occurring. Even if we change our lifestyle to eliminate the causes we’ve discussed, we should also be following the all natural, daily Bruises Be Banned supplement program as an additional line of defense. Sometimes we may find that specialty remedies can be extremely beneficial, but it is always better to prevent bruising from taking place rather than to treat bruises after they occur.
Remember that the only thing we have to lose by not following the Bruises Be Banned daily program is our social life because of our ugly bruises.
