Do You Think That Vitamin E Can Cure Easy Bruising?

Here Are Some New Ways To Get A Bruise!

Hello Again:

Seeing bruises on our body every day is something that can be irritating and frustrating to deal with.  Happily enough, there are supposedly plenty of different treatments available for easy bruising, and learning more about them can help us find the one that’s right for us.

Vitamin E is a treatment that is often recommended by friends, family and the Internet as being something that is good for our skin and for our health in general.  However, separating fact from fiction can be difficult, and learning about what Vitamin E really does can take some time and some dedicated research.  Let’s do a little self-education as to what it can actually do for us.

First, no one is denying that vitamin E can be great for us.  It combines very well with vitamin C, which is found in citrus, and both of them together can help us keep our body in great shape.  It can help us clear up our skin, and rubbing vitamin E on scars both old and new can help reduce the scar or even help cause it to disappear.  Remember that vitamin E is a great choice when we are looking for a home remedy that can keep us healing quickly and that can keep our skin looking wonderful over time.

However, the problem with using vitamin E to heal bruises is that it has nothing to do with our circulatory system, which is where bruises get their start.  A bruise will form when the tiny blood vessels under our skin are broken.  They leak blood directly beneath our skin, and the bruises don’t go away until this blood seepage has been dissipated.  To get rid of the dramatic color of some bruises, we need to reduce the accumulated blood that creates the bruise and get back to our natural color, but vitamin E is definitely not going to be part of our solution.

Remember that vitamin E, whether we ingest it or apply it topically, is generally good for conditioning our skin.  Although there are plenty of so-called cures that clearly say that they use vitamin E, the truth is that vitamin E is really not going to help us alleviate our bruising.  The only real reason for adding vitamin E to a bruise treatment is to provide some beneficial conditioning for our skin after the bruise has disappeared, and it should not be considered a prime ingredient for either bruise prevention or bruise treatment.  There are several other much more effective  ingredients that we should look for instead.  Keep in mind that you should always read the ingredients list of any preparation carefully before you commit to a formula.

Think about why we are bruising and what is actually happening to our body.  The more we know about why we are bruising, the more capable we are going to be when it comes to choosing the treatment that is right for us.  We should know by now that almost all of us should be following the Bruises Be Banned daily supplement program which is proved to help us reduce bruising easily and prevent bruising altogether.

Remember that the only thing you have to lose by not following the Bruises Be Banned program is your social life due to your ugly bruises.

Until next time,
