Step 8 Of Ten Steps To Prevent Bruising: Start A Low Impact Exercise Program!

These Are NOT Low Impact Exercises!

Hello Again:

It’s fairly easy to be a little confused as to how low impact exercise can really help us overcome easy bruising, especially when we think about the minor injuries that can occur when we are exercising.  The truth of the matter is that when we exercise, no matter what kind of exercise we do, we are strengthening our body. This increases the effectiveness and the strength of our heart and helps control our blood pressure.

Remember that there are plenty of benefits for low impact exercise beyond just helping our bruises heal more quickly.  You will find that it can help us stay balanced and strong so that we will not get as many bruises in the first place.  If we happen to be someone who is clumsy and tends to bump into things a lot, you will find that exercise can help reduce that clumsiness.  Essentially, we will be improving our muscle tone and balance.

Give some thought to all the ways that light exercise can be beneficial if the right exercise program is chosen.  Our metabolism will increase, and we will find that our bodily processes are going to be working more efficiently across the board.  A higher metabolic rate helps our body heal more quickly, and our body will be functioning in a way that challenges it and that forces it to improve.  When we want to get rid of our tendency to bruise easily, raising our metabolism is essential.

Think about what low impact exercise routines are going to be the best for us individually.  Choosing a program that we really enjoy and that we feel that we can eventually master will help us stay focused so that we’ll stick with the program.  Whether we work out three times a week or every day of the week, stay consistent and remember that is the way to make a program really pay off.  So what kind of exercise program do you think is best for you?

If you’ve been avoiding physical activity for a while now, keep your efforts small when you get started.  Head out for a walk, and get some fresh air.  Walking is easy on our joints, and we will be able to listen to our favorite songs or books on tape as we go.  This gentle introduction to good exercise is something that can have an enormously positive impact on our life

When we want to help stop bruising so easily with exercise, what about heading out for a swim?  Swimming or any activity that we can do in water will support our joints while the water resistance helps us work harder.  If you used to love splashing around in the water when you were a child, look into an adult version of those games to form an exercise program.

Don’t forget that proper exercise can help us lose weight as well.  Elliptical machines can get our heart pumping, and you can purchase one for your home if you don’t want to go to the gym.  Elliptical machines provide great exercise for our body without risking our joints.

When we think about changing our life around to help stop bruising, consider which low impact exercise program is going to be just right for us.  Get started, stick with it, and remember to augment your workout by following the daily supplement program from Bruises Be Banned.  We know that this program can help us get rid of the easy bruising that is affecting our life, and it can even help us prevent bruising in the first place.

Remember that the only thing we have to lose by not following the Bruises Be Banned daily program is our social life because of our ugly bruises.

Until next time,
