You Won’t Stop Bruising Easily If You Act Like This!

Hello Again:

We’re all familiar with the saying “that you are what you eat”, and by the same token, whatever we eat has various effects on both our body shape and our body functions.  It is therefore logical to conclude that our diet can also affect how our body may tend to bruise easily.

In today’s modern age, with ready-made meals and fast foods, our diets can contain many more processed foods, and this results in the lowering of the overall efficiency of our bodily functions.  Processed foods contain much less by way of natural vitamins, minerals, and general nutritional value, and if our bodies do not get the right balance of these important nutrients, they cannot function as well as they should.

Carbohydrates have somehow acquired a bad name for themselves in the diet regime, but in actual fact they are an essential element of any well balanced, healthy diet, because they are a great source of energy, and of the fatty acids that our bodies need.  They therefore play an instrumental role in maintaining our cellular health, and they also perform an important role in helping our immune system to function at optimum performance levels.

So it is important to have the right proportion of carbohydrates in our diet; but we need to be aware that there are two types of carbohydrate; simple and complex.  Simple carbohydrates, (e.g. sugar, and foods that contain added sugar), should be kept to a minimum.  They provide a quick energy spike that soon passes, leaving us craving more, and starting a a vicious cycle of sugar craving.  Complex carbohydrates, on the other hand, give us a much longer lasting store of energy and help to make us feel more full for a longer period of time.  Beans, whole grain foods, and fruits are all good examples of foods containing complex carbohydrates, and they also have the benefit of being rich in essential nutrients and vitamins to promote cell health and boost our immune system.

Eating too much simple carbohydrate is not only to be avoided from a weight loss diet point of view, but from a general health point too.  By including too much processed, simple carbohydrates, we run a greater risk of contracting diabetes, a disease symptomatic of having high levels of sugar in our blood.

Hypertension (or high blood pressure), is another condition that can bring about easy bruising, especially when combined with thinning of the capillary walls of our blood vessels.  Hypertension can be caused or exacerbated by having too much sodium, (salt) in our diet, so it is important to watch our salt intake carefully.

The other thing that a well balanced healthy diet should include is plenty of water.  This is very important as far as cellular health is concerned, and if our cellular health is good, it means that our cells will be far less likely to rupture or break, and cause bruising when we accidentally bump against something.

Now that we are a little more aware of what constitutes a good healthy, well balanced diet, and how this can also help lower our incidence of bruising, we should consider modifying our diet accordingly.

Even after we have optimized our diet, we should also give some serious consideration to the benefits of adding the all natural supplement program from Bruises Be Banned to our every day regimen, which can improve our ability to reduce easy bruising or prevent bruising easily altogether.

Remember the only thing we have to lose by not following the Bruises Be Banned program is our social life because of our ugly bruises.

Until next time,
