Can Adding Fruits and Vegetables To My Diet Help Reduce Bruising Easily?

Getting Yourself Into Situations Like This Won’t Help Stop Bruising!

Hello Again:

While it goes without saying that we would all like to eat healthy, it is important to think about the link between healthy eating and how it can help us overcome our easy bruising.  Easy bruising is a sign that our body is undergoing trauma, even if the bump that gave us the bruise was painless, and part of eliminating easy bruising is helping our body’s ability to heal itself.  Fruits and vegetables can play a powerful role in how easily our body begins the healing process.  Eating the right foods can help us heal  old bruises, and they can also prevent us from getting them in the first place, so evaluate what we are putting in our diet.

First, consider the foods that have a great deal of vitamin C in them.  Vitamin C allows us to elevate our immune system’s capabilities, and we will also find that it can make our body heal quicker.  Eating or drinking things that have vitamin C in them can give us a great burst of energy as well,  and it can also help us heal our existing bruises.

There are many different sources of vitamin C available, including things like citrus fruits and sweet potatoes.  Sweet potatoes can be perfect when we like the idea of getting more vitamin C in our diet, but do not like the sting or harsh taste of orange juice or lemonade.

When we are thinking about putting more fruit and vegetables into our diet, consider which foods have vitamin A in therm.  Vitamin A is a nutrient that can reduce the effects of trauma on the body, and it can also reduce cellular damage as well.  This is a perfect addition to a diet that is geared towards preventing easy bruising.

While it is rare, an excess of vitamin A in the system can lead to vitamin A poisoning.  Even though vitamin A is available in a supplement form, the possibility of vitamin A poisoning means that some people prefer to get it only through their food.   Luckily enough adding vitamin A is something that can easily be taken in through our diet.  Pumpkin, apricots, collard greens, carrots and cantaloupe are all great ways to add vitamin A to our diet.  Consider how we might like to eat some of these foods today.

Another important component of a diet that is designed to help reduce bruising includes iron.  Iron can prevent us from getting anemia, and it can also help improve our circulatory system.  Because a great deal of easy bruising is related to the circulatory system, it is important to make sure that we are getting enough iron in our diet.  When we want to put more iron to our diet, think about what foods have darkly colored leaves.  Broccoli, kale, turnip greens and Swiss chard are all great options for introducing more iron into the food that we eat.  While cooking them is still beneficial, consider eating them raw in a salad.

Think about what our choices in diet are doing for us when it comes to overcoming our tendency to bruise easily.  There are many different factors that we need to take into consideration when we are thinking about reducing our inclination to bruise, and diet is one of the most important factors that needs to be considered.

Even if we have a perfect diet, we should be following the Bruises Be Banned daily supplement program.  There is no other product of its type available in the world today that provides us with its proprietary combination of nutrients, vitamins and minerals that can help us prevent bruising altogether.

Remember that the only thing that we have to lose by not following the Bruises Be Banned program is our social life due to our embarrassment cause by our ugly bruises.

Until next time,
